When is usually the best time to book a move?

At Xtreme we normally recommend to call anywhere from 2-3 weeks before your anticipated move day. This will ensure availability, allows us to reserve the needed equipment, crew amount, and proper sized truck.

My floors are brand new and they cost me a bundle. Do you guarantee they will stay clean after you’re done?

Again, we like to believe that we are different at Xtreme. Each of our crew members are divided by section. The team members that are working inside are guaranteed to stay inside with something we call “indoor boots”. This means, the boots have never been used outside. Each crew member will arrive onsite with 2 sets of boots and we’ll show you or we won’t start!

Do I really need to reserve my elevator?

Absolutely. Speaking with an onsite superintendent is very important. Typically, we ask to reserve the elevator for the day. Doing this will make the move much easier.

How do I get an estimate for a move?

Either call or fill out our customer request form online. We will have a representative set up an appointment with you and give you an estimate. It’s that simple. We have courteous, friendly staff who will tell you exactly what your move will cost even before we begin.

What type of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, certified cheque, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Interac e-mail money transfer.
